Thank you for your interest in Arrius. You are welcome to visit our distribution centre, where you can try practically every instrument in our collection. On this page you will find how we advise you, how an order works and how long it takes.

How we talk with you
Choosing a guitar of this class is a personal decision, so we start with a conversation, not with a price list. Call us and tell us what you play and where: solo or with others, at home, in a school or on stage. Tell us which guitars you have played so far, what you liked in them and what you missed. The more we know, the more precisely we can advise you.
If you are deciding between two models, for example the Arrius MPR-5000 with its cedar top, raised fingerboard and resonance port, and the double-top S-1000, we will describe honestly how they differ under the hands and which one suits your repertoire. If none of our instruments fits what you are looking for, we will tell you that too.
Visiting the distribution centre
Nothing replaces playing a guitar yourself. At our centre in Passaic you can try practically every model in the collection, side by side, for as long as you need. Let us know in advance which instruments you would like to see, because some are brought from the warehouse, which takes one or two days. Bring your own guitar if you wish; comparing it with ours is often the quickest way to hear the difference.
How ordering works
- You choose a model from the collection, on your own or after a conversation with us.
- We confirm the details: availability, the version (top, back and sides, finish), the price and the delivery time.
- We arrange the delivery, or you collect the guitar in person at our centre.
- You receive the guitar with its serial number and certificate of authenticity, which matters for the warranty and for any future owner.
Music shops are welcome from the first stage of an order. We discuss every detail of construction and finish, and with larger orders we can prepare limited series or unique accessories for your shop. Minimum orders, trade prices and discounts are described on the page How to order.
How long it takes
Instruments in stock. If the guitar you want is in our warehouse, it can be ready to try at the centre within one or two days, and dispatched once you decide. We tell you the shipping time to your country when we confirm the order.
Custom versions and limited series. An instrument with an individual finish, precious decoration or an atypical construction is built for you, by hand. That cannot be hurried without losing what makes it worth having, so we give you a realistic date before you commit, not after.
Orders for shops. Delivery time depends on the models, the finishes and the number of instruments. Please announce wholesale orders in advance; the earlier we know, the sooner we can plan the work.
After the purchase
Our service office stays at your disposal after the guitar reaches you. Ask us about strings, humidity, travel or setup at any time; you will also find our advice on caring for your guitar.
